The customized service on request is the reference point of the new management. Our goal is to make your journey as much pleasant and relaxing as possible.

• Reception
  Our staff is present every day from 7,30a.m. until 8,30p.m., we are happy to do late check-in upon request.  We ask you please to let us know in advance the time of your arrival (within 8pm of your arriving day).
• Parking
  The private parking will let you forget your car for the whole stay, giving you the opportunity  to walk freely around the city.
• Museums
  It is possible to book in advance tickets for the main museums of Florence, like the Uffizi and Academia Gallery, in order to avoid the long queues that you might find especially in high season.
• Excursion
  It is possible to organize excursions around the City, to the Chianti and all over Tuscany, we will suggest special tours and indicate the most charming places to visit.  We will give you maps and road-information.
• Outlet
  We organize tours of the several outlets around Tuscany, to buy the best Italian fashion at great prices.
• Personal shopper
  If you want a tour throughout Florence’s most famous shopping roads, without wasting too much time, we can reserve for you a personal shopper, who will help you in choosing among the most prestigious Italian brands.
• Car renting
  We are glad to suggest you and contact for you the most skilled car-rental companies, with or without a driver, to let you drive around discovering Tuscany.
• Transfer service
  The transfer service from and to Florence/Pisa airport can be organized upon request.
• Restaurant
  According to your liking, we are glad to suggest and reserve for you the most characteristic Tuscan Trattoria and the best non touristy restaurants.
• Tasting
  We organize wine, olive oil and Tuscan gourmet tasting.   You might have it both in our Villa and in specialized restaurants. We can also organize customized dinners.
• Baby sitter
  It’s possible to reserve skilled baby-sitters with references. If you book in advance we will be able to find a person that speaks your kid’s language.
• Laundry service
  We have our own wash and dry laundry service. For dry-cleaning items we use a trusted external laundry service.
